Expense Reduction Analysts is committed to establishing a strategic global network of successful business licenses in all main trading territories around the world. This is achieved by awarding Area Development Licenses to high-caliber, professional individuals or businesses who are focused on creating a successful Expense Reduction Analysts consultancy.
There are currently around 50 Area Development Licensees operating across the Expense Reduction Analysts network, split almost equally between Europe and the USA. At this stage we are seeking to appoint a further 8 Area Development Licensees in the USA and a further 15 in Europe.
The successful Area Development Licensees have the right to establish and operate a network of qualified licensed Expense Reduction Analysts Consultants to support business clients within their territory.
From the successful establishment of Expense Reduction Analysts licenses worldwide, Expense Reduction Analysts is able to share with its Area Development Licensees its 15 years of experience, expertise, knowledge, reputation and credibility in cost reduction, cost management and procurement.
This includes sales and marketing of the service, business management skills, supplier negotiation, tendering analysis, general business administration and financial skills, professional motivation and consultant training and recruitment.
Before being awarded an Expense Reduction Analysts Area Development License, the business management experience and relevant qualifications of eligible candidates are reviewed. To be successful, the Expense Reduction Analysts Area Development Licensees do not need to have specific cost management or accounting experience but rather qualities in team building and team management, coupled with a strong desire to succeed. In fact, many of Expense Reduction Analysts’ most successful Area Development Licensees come from backgrounds as diverse as sales, senior management, recruitment, procurement, consulting and running their own businesses. Once selected, the Area Development Licensee then undergoes intensive training by Expense Reduction Analysts in all aspects of the business followed by six months’ coaching tailored to their skill base and requirements.
