"A great opportunity to build strong flows of income for the future."

Expense Reduction Analysts’ Area Development License income streams

Role and Duration
The Area Development Licensee has the right to operate the Expense Reduction Analysts system and service clients under the Expense Reduction Analysts name, for an initial term of 10 years. Renewal fees vary by territory and should be discussed with your Support Center staff. The Area Development Licensee will also build and support a team of licensed Expense Reduction Analysts consultants within his region.

Income Potential

1. Your Own Consultancy income

2. Team Building
To remunerate your active involvement in the recruitment and start-up support of your regional team of Expense Reduction Analysts consultants, the Area Development Licensee receives a percentage of the initial fees paid by licensed Expense Reduction Analysts consultants. The initial license fees are currently priced from $59,000 in the USA and €54.000 in Europe.

3. Ongoing Membership Fees
To remunerate your continued role in coaching and leading your regional team of Expense Reduction Analysts consultants, the Area Development Licensee receives a percentage of the ongoing membership paid by each licensed consultant. These are currently calculated at 15% of fees billed, with a minimum monthly payment that increases over the first three years of a consultant’s activity.

4. Joint-Venture income
Expense Reduction Analysts’ system of accreditation means that clients of significant size (size being defined in relation to a region’s potential) may only be serviced by suitably experienced consultants. As Area Development Licensee, you will therefore be involved in managing and consulting on numerous projects in partnership with the less experienced licensed consultants within your region. Depending on the extent of your role, this involvement can generate a participation of 15% to 50% of the fees billed to the client.

5. Mentoring income
As part of your local support responsibilities, Expense Reduction Analysts offers each of our consultants a formal mentoring program. As Area Development Licensees, you will be paid for executing specific portions of the mentoring assignments.

The Area Development Licensee is also the natural point of contact for interregional and international joint-ventures and customer referrals introduced by experienced Expense Reduction Analysts consultants operating in other regions or countries.
